Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Personal Care Products: Opened or used personal care items (e.g., skincare, haircare, cosmetics).
- Perishable Goods: Food, beverages, and other perishable items.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards and store credits.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number inside the package.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Inspection and Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Rejection of Returns: If the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. A replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost.
